♥ Travel experiences and tips because wanderlust is real, and I hope it’ll sparkle a desire for you to explore.
♥ Favorite finds and deals because you can experience and have quality champagne finds on a beer budget, (sometimes).
♥ Lastly, since this is my personal little corner of the internet after all, I’m sure there will be some random musings, so watch out for that haha!
As I learn this world of blogging, I will share my ♥ new-found knowledge with you too. This is actually what I am most excited about. Learning the nitty-gritty of the blogging process, from idea to execution, creating, learning, evolving. The perpetual cycle of learning something new. I don’t know what the heck I’m doing yet, but give me time.
AGAIN, I’m sharing my own experiences and musings. It may entertain, inspire, or do nothing for you, but I’ll do it anyway, in my little personal internet space.
First, let’s clear something up. Yes, the hype is real, it is true, this concrete jungle that is New York is a city like no other. A melting pot of diverse culture, there is always something to do, to learn, to taste, no reason to get bored – EVER. However, the majority did not start their hormonal teenage years like the Gossip Girl’s juicy storylines. We are not living like the cast of Sex and the City, Empire, and Wall Street. Although I wouldn’t say no to all that friendship, fashion, drive, and money! If you know of someone who can relate, awesome! I could not relate to the extravagant glamour of it all, and that’s perfectly fine. I loved those shows! But real lives of New Yorkers are much better… authentic, hard for most, a breeze for some, and that New York resilience is something truly out of this world!
I’m the extroverted woman next door, fun-size at 5 feet 🙂 My love language is physical touch so yes, I’m THAT hugger. My fiance is a handsome, tall, fashionable, slightly shy man at 6 feet, who likes photography. I try my best with my i-phone-tography while he thrives on using his DSLR. If you think the pictures look nice, most likely he took it ♥ or I may be getting better at the basics of editing. We have a feisty fur baby and I recently became a plant lady. Still no green thumb, so my plants are struggling, help!
Please join me in this blogging journey! But first, my night ends with the dream of how my coffee will taste so good in the morning, to fuel me as I practice gratitude to a beautiful new day, awakening the fire within to just DO, and my day starts making that dream into reality.
